Should issues persist, we will assist in guiding you through the process of initiating a warranty claim.
The limited warranty covers all defects encountered in normal and recommended use of the product within the warranty period, and void if the following apply:
- Any loss or damage to the product resulting from abuse, mishandling, alterations, accidents, fluctuations in supply voltage, or failure to follow the prescribed operating and environmental instructions.
- Improper installation, location, and maintenance.
- Did not use as intended for which product was manufactured.
- Normal wear and tear.
The product warranty period is listed on each product packaging and vary based on the product. The product is eligible for warranty when purchased and delivered from an authorized retailer in new condition with original packaging. The product warranty is only valid for the original purchaser of the product and not transferable. The limited warranty is the only available warranty program for all Candex products. Candex’s sole responsibility and the only exclusive remedy for you is the repair or replacement of the product at the discretion of Candex, subject to the validity of the product warranty, and excludes any shipping costs.
Candex is under no obligation to provide indemnification for any allegations, assertions, or claims of any kind, regardless of their nature. Candex shall not be liable for any monetary damages or other expenses related to warranty claims, encompassing costs for product replacement or repair, which may include labor, installation, or other associated expenses. This includes costs associated with the removal or replacement of any products.
For the quickest and most efficient service, Candex recommends first checking with the retailer where the product was purchased. Depending on retailer return policies, there may be an immediate solution. If there is an issue that prevents returning the product to retailer, our customer support team can assist you here.
Proof of purchase is required for any warranty return or claim, including at authorized retailers. This can be in the form of a receipt. Providing this documentation will help confirm the authenticity and eligibility of any claim.
